Minimum Requirements:
Active Illinois LPN/RN license or CMA, BLS and CPR required. 1 year of Rural Health Clinic experience preferred.
Job Duties:
Assists provider and team with assessments, diagnostics, treatment and care of podiatry clinic patients, additional duties as assigned.

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with weekends as required
Pay Scale:
CMA $17-$24.65, LPN $20-$29, Clinic RN $23.88-$34.63
